We want to get your surf gear to you as quickly and transparently as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about our shipping rates, processing times, and delivery windows.
1. Domestic Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
All our domestic orders within the United Kingdom are shipped using Royal Mail. Delivery times are broken down below:

2. Order Processing & Cut-Off Times
- Order Cut-Off Time: 2:00 PM GMT (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the following business day.
- Handling Time: All orders are processed and handed over to Royal Mail within 1 Business Day(excluding weekends and UK bank holidays).
3. Delivery Areas & Restrictions
- We ship to all addresses across the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and UK islands.
- We do not currently ship to international destinations outside of the United Kingdom.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your package is handed over to Royal Mail, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your parcel directly through the Royal Mail Tracking Portal. []
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your tracking status shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, or if your items arrive damaged, please contact our customer support team immediately at liquid8surf@gmail.com.
